             JPam is a good platform for the people to connect with pals. My first impression on the site is average. But Frankly saying that it is having all the features of a sicoal networking website. Provides you meebo chat rooms, JPAM private chat room to chat. You can find videos, Movies,Images and other entertaining stuff.

             Layout is very good and the navigation links in the sidebar are very useful. Hyperlink is a drop down provided for quick navigation. Better if you provide direct links to user profile and user mail box. It will be very helpful. The Background image is not having enough resolution to fit on the screen. It is just looking very much blurred and not much attractive. Try to keep another image which adds beauty. 

            Alignment is not good. Sidebar widgets are kool. The news widgets which you have provided in News page are not aligned in a proper way. They are scattered like stars in galaxy.

Very zig-zag. Better if you provide a better news page . I would like to suggest you to add Top world news and sports news in top of the news page. Align the elements in proper way in all the pages or set a perfect layout which suits to your alignment.

        I think you have worked in a very good manner. But please focus on the site alignment. 

        Site is having everything that a social networking site need to have. Forums are empty and not having posts from past 1 month. Make sure that your users are participating actively in forums and making it busy. Better if you add images of mivies in your movie zone in very proper manner. Radio which you have kept is to be in sidebar for ease of access. Please dont take anything in bad sense. You are having a very good site.
