I really have no clue what the site is… Only description on the site is “Welcome, To The World Of Unlimited Fun: Friends, Fun, Enjoy” you should add an intro paragraph to your homepage to welcome visitors and give a brief explanation on what your site is and what it’s about.

Everything is lined up good, only thing you could do to improve this would be to center the text in your header and navigation bar.

There is really nothing on the site. Just a comment board and forums. Your links page is the only page that actually has something on it. Add some stuff to do, like videos, news posts, games, anything. If your going for a forum only site them make the forums much more prominent on the site. Focus on pasting the stuff . It may get you people to get around your site doors.
